We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at customerservice@taxappealusa.com. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal compliance.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We use row-level security on our database to protect your records.
We use session cookies required for the checkout flow.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads. When you visit any page on this site, Google sets cookies (including _ga and _gcl_au) that let us count visitors, see which pages they use, and see which of our ads led to an order. Google may use this data to show you our ads on other sites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can turn off personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies in your browser also stops these, and the checkout flow will still work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you for anyone other than ourselves.

TaxAppeal USA is a self-service document-preparation and mail filing service. In every state we serve, including Florida, we are not property tax consultants, agents, or representatives, we do not provide tax or legal advice, and we do not represent customers before any appraisal district, board of equalization, value adjustment board, or review board. Every protest and petition is prepared for the property owner, signed by the owner, and filed in the owner’s name. In Florida we also pay your county’s Value Adjustment Board filing fee on your behalf and mail your petition to the Clerk of the Value Adjustment Board. Your petition is signed by you as the property owner under section 194.011(3), Florida Statutes. TaxAppeal USA does not sign as your representative, does not appear before the Board, and does not present evidence or argument at a hearing.
